	Apostille Certification
An Apostille is required before certain United Kingdom documents can be used overseas. It is usually required when overseas officials are not able to determine on first hand the authenticity of the documents.In order to be sure of a countries requirements, contact the relevant authorities and they will inform you of their procedure. Swift Formations specialise in the legalisation and notarisation of documentation produced either in the UK or overseas. We can also attach an Apostille to identification documents (i.e a passport copy) they also need to be notarised by a notary which we also arrange in our fee of £95.00 per document. Legalisation is the process of authenticating a signature, seal or stamp appearing on a document. The signatures or seals of British Public officials (such as notaries and registrars) or an overseas Apostille (authentication by a federal official) appearing on a document will need to be authenticated and legalised before the documents can be accepted in an official capacity in a jurisdiction that is not party to the Hague Convention.

	Registered Office Service
Our Registered Office service enables you to form a Limited company using our own office locations.This also means those working from home do not need to have their home address registered at Companies House.   Our registered office service can be upgraded to a full mail forwarding service, should this be required please do not hesitate to contact us. This lightweight hand held Plier seal press is manufactured from mild steel and is perfect for embossing certificates and a small number of documents. You can this product to your order when forming a company by ticking the relevant box at the end of the formation process. The cost of this seal is £25.00, which includes delivery to the UK.

	Rubber Stamp
Rubber stamp with your companies Identity, we provide a stamp showing your Company Name, Address and Telephone number.  The cost of our stamp is £20.00 which includes delivery to the UK.
