If you would like to take advantage of this Guaranteed FREE Banking service you can do so by selecting your prefered Bank option when going through the Company Formation Process.   Officer's Service Address   Every director must provide Companies House with both their usual residential address, and for each directorship they hold, a service address. The service address will be on the public record and will be public information but using our service address the residential address will be protected information. If you would prefer to use our office on record to you can select this service during the company formation process for a fee of £39 per annum. .   Nominee Services   Swift can provide a Nominee Service for clients who are looking to incorporate a company. We help our clients by providing them with an officer of the company at an affordable fee. Prices start from £39.99 per year. If you would like to take advantage of this nominee service you can do so by selecting the option when going through the company formation process. Apostille & Notary Certification   An Apostille is required before certain United Kingdom documents can be used overseas. It is usually required when overseas officials are not able to determine on first hand the authenticity of the documents.In order to be sure of a countries requirements, contact the relevant authorities and they will inform you of their procedure. Swift Formations specialise in the legalisation and notarisation of documentation produced either in the UK or overseas. We can attach an Apostille to identification documents (i.e a passport copy) and they may also need to be notarised by a notary which we also arrange. Our fee for this service is £60.00 per document. Legalisation is the process of authenticating a signature, seal or stamp appearing on a document. The signatures or seals of British Public officials (such as notaries and registrars) or an overseas Apostille (authentication by a federal official) appearing on a document will need to be authenticated and legalised before the documents can be accepted in an official capacity in a jurisdiction that is not party to the Hague Convention Company Secretarial Services   At Swift Formations we know that as a busy business owner it’s easy to use up valuable time and resources making sure you are complying with the Companies Act.
